2) By signing up the application electronically, I hereby agree and confirm to provide genuine information related to myself (as an employee or candidate) and my company (as an employer) to enable offerseal.com to create my Unique ID.
3) I will provide the following genuine information’s such as photograph, Aadhar card number, pan card number, GST number, Company/ Establishment registration number , driving license number etc as applicate to me or my company, which are necessary to create my unique ID.
4) I will not create multiple accounts with different names, emails, PAN cards, Aadhar cards etc on offerseal.com termed as fake accounts, or multiple accounts operated by the same individual or company as the case may be.
5) I hold myself responsible to check the authenticity of all information’s /data provided/fed into the website/application of offerseal.com. Further, I understand and agree that offerseal.com assumes no responsibility or liability, for any damage or loss caused to me as an individual or my company, as a result of the information provided by me and/or due to my act or behavior.
6) I will not hold offerseal.com liable/ responsible under any law for time being in force for all or any losses caused to me due to false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averment made on network of offerseal.com or due to my own bad conduct, Act /behavior or any losses/harm/injury etc. caused to me or my company as a result of using services of offerseal.com
