3) Further, I specifically agree that I am responsible for all or any losses incurred to me due to false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averment made on network of offerseal.com due to my own bad conduct, Act or behavior.
4) I will not hold offerseal.comliable/ responsible under any law for time being in force for all or any losses caused to me due to false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averment made on network of offerseal.com or due to my own bad conduct, Act /behavior or any losses/harm/injury etc caused to me or my company as a result of using services of offerseal.com
5) By clicking and writing my name in the boxes provided for this purpose, I have complied with the requirements of authenticating the contents by means of this electronic signature which is legally binding on me as per IT Act 2000. Further, by entering the ‘One time password’ sent on my mobile phone/email ID, I acknowledge and reconfirm that the Electronic signatures are mine.
6) I will under no circumstances use social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Google , Pinterest etc to post negative/defamatory/objectionable content against offerseal.com
7) I declare that I am a genuine employee/candidate and have no business relationship or any arrangement with the/any employer. I am in no way trying to hack / misuse the offerseal.com system to earn badge, ratings for my personal benefit.
8) I understand that ratings/feedback/badge etc that I receive on offerseal.com are auto generated and are based on actual performance/ commitment/ behavior/ professional conduct.
9) I understand that offerseal.com will frequently auto generate my feedback/rating/badge etc on the basis of my actual performance/ commitment/ behavior/ professional conduct etc and this feedback/rating/badge etc will be in available public domain and can be used by third party if needed. Since this feedback/rating/badge etc is based on my actual performance/ commitment/ behavior/ professional conduct etc, in no event shall this be termed as violation of my privacy and I will keep offerseal.com indemnified at all times.
